My Perspective 2020

We are thrilled to reveal the winner’s of this year’s My Perspective competition!

Peter Davison, who is one of our Patron’s recorded a special message, as we couldn’t have our normal awards event…

The winner of the Peoples’ Choice Award was Conor O’Dowd, from Ireland. His picture was called My Friend Jason The Model.

After he got the news, Conor did a video for us:

The winner of the Judges’ Choice Award was Natalie Stevanus, from Canada. Her picture was called Companionship.

She was very excited when she found out that she’d won…

Every year an award is given to a photographer who doesn’t live in the UK. The award is in memory of Stephen Thomas, who was a previous My Perspective winner. Sadly, Stephen and his father both died in a boating accident in 2015.

Stephen’s brother, Paul, recorded a video to announce this year’s winner…

Houston Vandergriff is from the United States of America. His winning photograph is called Travelling Thru.

He was very pleased to get this award, which was a complete surprise…

Congratulations to all the photographers who made the shortlist…you can look at all their photos here…
