• Blogs
• Booklets
• Factsheets
• The DSA Journal
• D2E Magazine
• Events
• Press releases

There may be other places we want to use your photo or film or sound recording too.

We may also give your photo or film or sound recording to other organisations, but we will check how they want to use it first.

Signing this form means you give your permission for us to use your photo or film or sound recording.

Permission means you are happy for us to use the photo or film or recording.

It is your choice to give your permission.
