A big ‘thank you’ to Kew Village Fair

On Sunday Beth, on of our Information & Training Officers, received a cheque for £975 from the Kew Village Fair.

The money has been donated to support the Down2Earth group. The Down2Earth group is part of our Having a Voice project which gives people with Down’s syndrome a platform to have their say and be heard.  They meet each month in Teddington and you can read more about what their activities, as well as our other Having A Voice groups, here.

Kew Village Fair is held every month and features stalls selling quality food and beautiful crafts.  The Fair supports local charities and since it started it has raised £65,000 for these organisations.
