Last week, I wore my jumper on the National Christmas Jumper Day.
All the local shops are looking festive even the local post-box is looking Christmassy! All the decorations for post boxes are handcrafted by a local lady. Overnight there was a heavy fall of snow. All the local area looked like a Christmas card picture but it was very cold and there was lots of ice on the road so we had to be very careful when out walking and made sure we had lots of warm clothes on.
Winter has arrived; I have been very busy this week writing Christmas cards to friends and family. I hope to deliver most of them by hand and those I post arrive in time!
