Fundraising and Fitness | Vinay’s Blog

This week I have been thinking about different fundraising ideas and how people can keep fit at home.

I have been doing my exercises in the morning which help you a lot.

Going to the gym and swimming is a good opportunity to do so many exercises in the pool and gives you a good stretch on your body.

I am also thinking about putting a yoga book together to show all the different exercises.

I have also seen some good Easter Plant ideas for planting seeds which grow into flowers.  Which makes me think about doing some gardening.
