Experimenting with new ingredients | Vinay’s blog

I like paneer. It’s like cheese. I also like making Greek salads and keeping healthy.

I thought about doing this because when you do a lot of active things and walking around.

I want to check the items I buy to keep healthy.

It’s good to try different ways with different foods like cheese. It gives me experience and its really good. Some items I like and don’t like. I want to try 0% and low-fat cheese. I feel much better.

I want to also try new recipes with carrots and mixed herbs and couscous.
