On Sunday which was a lovely sunny day we were invited to a barbecue at a friend’s allotment in Bishop’s Park which is near Fulham. After eating some delicious food I helped with some weeding then I picked some loganberries. They looked and tasted like blackberries but they are much larger.
It was an exciting week for the family as my nephew, who rows for his University’s rowing team, was competing at Henley Royal Regatta. He was racing in a boat with four rowers.
We watched the race on TV and cheered the boats right up to the finishing line.
More good news…my injured leg is getting a lot better. I can get around without my stick indoors and I only occasionally use the stick outdoors.
