On Thursday, my dance group called Larondina, went on their yearly visit to Caldy Abbey which is on Caldy island near Temby which is in Wales.
We went by coach from Victoria coach station and arrived in Temby. We stayed at our favorite hotel. We had an evening meal then a good night sleep. On Friday, we woke up early to have breakfast then went to catch a boat to the island. We explored some of the beautiful coastal walks.
In the afternoon we walked to the Abbey for our performance. In front of an audience of the brothers and invited guests, the show was a great success.
Later in the evening we had a disco in our hotel.
On Saturday we had a free day to explore the town and the beaches. We then had another disco in the evening.
On Sunday we were back on the coach for our long journey back. We were exhausted when we arrived in the evening. The whole trip was great fun especially spending time with my friends. The weather was hot and sunny, and I am looking forward to next years trip.
