This is a day I always look forward too; Shrove Tuesday and it’s sufficiently celebrated as pancake day. I like my pancakes served with a sprinkle of sugar and splash of lemon juice. Tell me how you like yours! I know there are many different ways to prepare them!
March 1st was also Saint David’s day. The national flower is the daffodil. There are plenty of them springing up in the garden. We send our best wishes to all our Welsh members.
Our order of #LotsOfSocks arrived by post today! we are looking forward to wearing them on the 21st of March which is World Down Syndrome Day.
