On Sunday I sat with some of my family watching the Women’s World Cup final. it was a very exciting match. I was sorry the Lionesses lost. Congratulations to Spain’s team for winning. We enjoyed the match and had some snacks whilst watching.
In the garden this week we have been busy picking apples and green tomatoes. I will be helping my mum in making apple and tomatoes chutney. We will also prepare cooked apples which will go in the freezer so that later in the year we can make our favourite pudding apple and blackberry crumble. this means in the next few days we will have to go to Wimbledon Common to pick some blackberries. We will keep a look out for the Wombles! They are little animals that create tunnels in the Earth!
I am doing something exciting with my musical theatre this Thursday. I will tell you about it next week.
