How strange the weather has been? last week was like summer! But the last couple of days it has been like winter.
In the garden the dahlia’s have been providing lots of colours.
On Thursday evening I was delighted to be invited to the My Perspective Awards 2023 evening. The evening began with a welcoming speech by Carol Boys. The winners was presented with their awards by the actor Sarah Gordy. There were some wonderful photographs and short films on display, they were all very inspiring. My particular favourite was Willow the Dog. It reminded me of my brothers dog!
There were drinks and snacks. I met the guests and some very interesting people. I had a very enjoyable evening. it was great to be back at the Langdon Down Centre meeting some of my fellow colleagues and sitting on my favourite couch again!
