Adam is 59 and lives with his wife of 25 years Cathy in a supported housing community. Adam worked for the Post Office for 27 years and before the pandemic, was volunteering regularly with the British Heart Foundation. Adam describes his biggest achievement as becoming a husband, and recalls how his life changed forever when he met Cathy 30 years ago.
