Last Monday I went on holiday with my Baked Bean friends to Bognor Regis.
We stayed in caravans in a camp call Church Farm. We could take part in many activities including swimming and a disco in the evening. We cooked our own breakfast and cleared up before we went off on our days out. We went to Littlehampton for the day out. It is by the seaside. We had ice creams whilst sitting on the beach.
Another day we visited a wetland centre. We took a boat ride on a lake so we could see the wildlife up close. It was a wonderful day, and the weather was perfect.
Our last visit was to the Repair Shop. This was in the TV series of the same name. And we were lucky enough to see some filming take place.
On Friday we had an early breakfast before we packed our bags, jumped on board our minibus for the journey home. It had been a great week. When we got back home, we have been busy preparing for a performance by the Energy Bean Dance group called A Piece of Mind. This is performed by people who have learning disabilities expressing their talent in front of a live audience. Wish us the best of luck.
