If you need to scrap an old or damaged car this month (August), did you know that you can use the Scrap Car Comparison website and donate to the Down’s Syndrome Association at the same time?!
We’re thrilled to be chosen again as one of the charities for the Scrap Car Comparison’s ‘Donate A Car scheme’. It means that anyone getting rid of a damaged or unwanted vehicle can do so via the scheme, and give the profits straight to us. People can choose to donate all, or just some of the money.
The partnership last time raised over £11,500 for the DSA. Every donation helps us to continue to support people who have Down’s syndrome and their parents and carers.
