Zenergize Exercise SUMMER SESSIONS

Get energized during the summer holiday’s with marie from zenergize

Next Session:  Wednesday 24 August 2022  Time: 3:00-3.45pm

 

We are delighted to be running 3 extra exercise sessions with Marie from Zenergize.

Join us for 45 mins of fun and energising exercises that include elements of Pilates and yoga that can be adapted to suit all levels of exercise ability. You can be any age and any level of fitness to join in*. It doesn’t matter if you have never joined a session with Marie before.  Plus, family and friends can join in too!

We have three amazing Wednesday afternoon sessions on 10 August, 17 August and 24 August.

Join us for any or all of the sessions.

 

What you will need:

  • Comfy clothing and trainers or bare feet.
  • A glass/bottle of water
  • Space to safely move.

*Participants attending these sessions do so at their own risk and those under 16 will need to be supervised throughout by a responsible adult.

Participants should go at their own pace and are free to stop at any time for a rest and must stop if they feel unwell.

The new sessions will be led by Marie Nesbit, Founder of Zenergize.

What you will need:

  • A chair or table or anything you can use to hold onto for the standing exercises.
  • A Pilates/yoga mat or a soft rug/carpet.
  • You could also use a cushion.

 

  • Comfy clothing.
  • Grip socks or bare feet.
  • A glass/bottle of water.

You will participate at your own risk during these sessions. Please stop at any time if you feel unwell.
