It’s Souper Season | Vinay’s Blog

I made a fresh vegetable soup. I used vegetables from my fridge. I blended it in my blender. I added red chili, salt and pepper. I took it from the blender and put it in the pot. I added some more warm water and let it simmer. I added some crusty bread that I bought from the supermarket.

 

People who have Down’s syndrome can learn to do things like cooking and support around things in the kitchen. Have support with you to make sure that you are not burning anything! They need to check to make sure you do not make the alarm to go off. I try to cook with different food like white fish or things left in my fridge and freezer.

I like to try and be healthy. Its nice to try different things and I hope to show people who have Down’s syndrome that its nice to try things.
