Now that December has arrived, I have opened my advent calendar. I am counting down the days to Christmas day.
In the meantime, there are lots of jobs to be done. I must assemble and decorate my gingerbread house. There are Christmas cards to be addressed, posted, and presents to be bought and wrapped. The Christmas tree brought down from the loft and its fairy lights tested.
I also have a special treat this week. I am going to see a play at the National Theatre. I will tell you all about it in next weeks blog.
