As we head into winter, now is the time to ensure that your family member who has Down’s syndrome is vaccinated against seasonal flu and has had their COVID. Booster.
Many people have already accessed their COVID booster and their seasonal flu vaccine and if you haven’t yet been invited, details of the arrangements in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are below (please note the arrangements are slightly different depending on where in the UK you live).
There was a short delay in COVID boosters being available for children, however, we learnt from DHSC that these are now available and so these should be rolled out for children over the coming few weeks.
