I want to talk about my exercise.

I have been doing it for many weeks at home. I still go on my exercise bike for about 30 minutes. It makes me sweat, but I feel good. I can see how fast I am going and the time it has taken.

When I finish on my bike I lay on the floor on my yoga mate. I do my stretches. It helps my muscles.

I used to go to the gym regularly, but I also enjoy my home workouts. I feel stronger and healthier.

I am still making my milkshakes. Sometimes I make hot drinks now because the weather is cold. I like cardamom tea.
