I go to the Mitcham Leisure centre.

It takes me 35 minutes to walk there. In the first half of my exercise I start with swimming, I like doing a front crawl! I think its good for my strength and helps my body. It helps me feel good. I then go onto the treadmill. I sometimes spent 15 minutes there. I then spend 25 minutes on the machines.

Alongside keeping fit I like to have a balanced diet. I like to try and keep healthy eating vegetables or a mixture of vegetables and chicken as well as having good vitamins and minerals. I always check to make sure my weight is steady. I put £1 in the machine at the gym and it tells you how you are doing! I finish my exercise by having a lovely hot shower, it makes me feel good!
