I want to start talking about washing. When you have different colour clothes: white, blue and black you have to divide these into piles of clothes that are the same colour. When I do my washing I put in a lavender capsule. My washing machine takes up to 22 items. I press a button and then all the soap comes out of the capsule inside of the washing machine.
When it’s completed I put it straight in the dryer and it dries quickly. It takes ages to dry on the stand in the garden. Its quicker in the dryer. Lavender gives a lovely smell, it smells really nice and it almost smells like roses around the house!
My recipe is really simple. I used half an onion, half a ginger grated, 1 can of chopped tomatoes all together in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and then you keep stirring it to stop the onion from burning. You add in some salt and pepper, tomato puree, a bit of chilli and then you leave it to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then I added some paneer cheese. To finish you add some coriander on the top. I had with it garlic and paprika naan bread. Its really simple and quite light dish. Sometimes I add some cous cous on the side with it.
