It was shrove Tuesday this week and that means it was pancake day. I like my pancakes in the traditional style that is sprinkled with sugar and a squeeze of lemon and folded! Delicious!

This morning I looked out my bedroom window and one of the trees in the garden was in full blossom! It looked so beautiful. I wondered if this the beginning of spring? I hope so.
This Sunday I am going for a special surprise. I am so excited! I will tell you all about it next week.
