Last Saturday was the 75th anniversary of VJ Day this marked the end of World War 2. My mum showed me a photo of her and her sister taken that day. They had just arrived back from Wales where they had been evacuated. Here you can see them celebrating with family, friends and neighbours where they lived all those years ago.
I had a sort out of my wardrobe and I sorted out clothes that I do not want but are still in good condition. I shall take them to a local charity shop. I still enjoy going to my activities and I make sure that I take the right protection.
