Exercise is good for your body. I try and do my stretches as well.

 

When I finish exercising, if I am sweating I then go and have a shower. Sometimes I watch exercises from my iPad and do my exercises at home.

There are a lot of benefits from exercising at home. I can do my arms or legs. I have some weights at home. I have a Yoga mat too so that I can sit on it.
