I went on a trip to visit my family near Mumbai. My flight there was long and I listened to music and watched films on the airplane.
Right now there is a festival for Lord Ganesh in India. They play songs such as Hindi songs and Bollywood songs relating to Lord Ganesh. They carry him on a large chair all the way to the Juhu beach, and put him in the water for a couple of weeks. After that, they take it out and clean it and take it back to the Juhu beach market.
I also visited Nagpur. This is a special place to me because I visited in 1999 to go to a wedding there. It was my mum’s younger sister getting married and the whole family were there. I remember all the food markets.
