I have been making different types of smoothies.

Yesterday I tried banana, kiwi, spinach. I have been trying to get my five a day of fruits and vegetables. It really helps to give you lots of fibre, it’s good for your skin and body. I keep an eye on my health. I like my smoothies because its a refreshing drink. I sometimes add  tropical juice and ice, this all helps the flavours.

I just want to say its been nice weather although I have had some rain.

I enjoy the spring sunshine and warm feeling on my skin.

I am looking forward to spring time!
