During lockdown (starting in January 2021), Edward couldn’t go to college so in order to give him something to focus on and keep up his fitness, he started going running. He chose a 5k on the flat and decided to raise money for his youth organisation. It was a crisp sunny day at the end of October 2021 when he did the run, knocking about 8-10 minutes off his usual training times.
Edward was also recently featured in an insect catalogue. He frequently buys caterpillars from Insect Lore as he likes to watch them turn into butterflies. Following a shout out requesting photos for the new catalogue, he submitted a photo with one of the butterflies he hatched. It got chosen and Edward is now on page 32 of the 2022 catalogue!
