Keeping Busy and the Benefits of Yoga | Vinay’s Blog

Recently I have been very busy.

I have been doing my washing, cleaning and vacuuming.

I also do yoga in the morning. It makes me feel relaxed and helps me a lot. I do it every morning when I wake up. My advice is that it gives you a lot of help with your strength and wellbeing. You can do yoga at any time anywhere. I like it as it keeps me active. I do a warmup exercise such as going for a walk. It also helps to get some fresh air.

I am looking forward to World Down Syndrome Day 2023. I will be planning things and ideas for it in the future. I am thinking about games and fundraising.
