For as long as I can remember, it has been a family tradition to take down the Christmas and New Year decorations. This is by the twelth night which falls on the 6 January. This weekend we took down all the tinsel and decorations and packed away the nativity set, packed away all the fairy lights from the tree and put them in boxes. They will be ready for next December. It is amazing how different the house looks.
I have already started back with some of my activities. My swimming club starts this coming Friday and my dance group, The Larondina, begins next week Thursday.
