I have been looking at ideas for a health book for Heart Disease problems and how to stay fit at home.

I have got my own exercise bike at home, and it helps to reduce fat.  My three tips are: (1) eat five healthy food items a day, this could be grapes; bananas; strawberries or gooseberries. (2) most fruits are healthy and give vitamins and proteins. (3) I am making a tofu salad today which has a mixture of green and red salad.
