At the weekend we bought a pumpkin and prepared it for Tuesday.
On Halloween evening we put a light and candle inside the pumpkin. We placed it outside ready for trick or treaters. I wore my witches outfit ready to welcome visitors.
Despite the bad weather, we had a few visitors. Many were children with their parents. I gave them sweets and then they left laughing. My brother and sister came over to celebrate as well. We had hot dogs and hot mulled wine. It was a really fun evening.
