Vinay is getting the work relaxation balance right

All about life for me at the moment.

During the week I clean my flat. I do the vacuuming in all my rooms. I also mop often.

I always clean the kitchen to make it spotless. I do not mess around and it is important to me to keep the kitchen clean. I have to make sure it’s clean because I cook my recipes there.

I am still doing my daily exercises and walking. I also do my design work at home whilst listening to music. I listen to calming yoga music and Indian music. To me, music is all about passion and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. it helps me to do a meditation as well. I do 10 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour meditation. Finally, when I am relaxed, I do a crossword book, or I do some weights.
