This morning I burnt 70 calories on the treadmill! I really feel the benefit. You can burn whatever you like. It makes you feel good.I try to wear trainers as well. It makes me feel like I can do anything. I sometimes go for a walk and exercise outside. It doesn’t have to be in the gym. It can be for 30 minutes or 1 hour. I also try to be really good.

 

I made tofu curry last week.

I sometimes use my iPad to search for recipes and exercises.
