Today I want to talk about things you can do during next years Awareness Week.

I think you could do a challenge linked to Yoga. It has good benefits for your body and you can do it at home. You can do a simple stretch and it can help your muscles.

I use my yoga mat and I got this from Sports Direct. You can see Yoga teachers on YouTube. They can teach you how to get into it. This can make your Awareness Week even better.
