Experimenting in the kitchen – Vinay’s blog

I have been really healthy this week. I have been using my exercise bike at home. It helps me a lot when I don’t go out to the gym.

I try to cook new recipes. I try using paneer and also try recipes that include tofu. I fry the tofu with peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper. I try not to over burn it. I eat it with cous cous and a sprinkle of peanuts or cashew nuts too. It really nice!

Have you tried mushroom courgette with mozerella? I love cooking with different flavours and food!

I have started going to my local library. I have a session every week and really enjoy it.
