My elder sister has recently moved to a new home in Warwickshire. So along with my other sister, her husband Chris and my parents, we went to visit the house for the first time.
Chris drove…it was quite a long journey but it was worth it. Their house was in a village surrounded by beautiful countryside. It was a great visit. We had a lovely roast dinner and finally arrived back home at about 10 p.m. We were tired but feeling very happy.

On Thursday evening the dance group I belong to, Larondina, met again for the first time since the first lockdown.
It was the first time I have met my fellow dancers for nearly two years although we have been in contact by Zoom. So you can imagine the chatting going on but we soon came down to earth, practicing our exercises and dance routines. Our teacher said we all looked little rusty and would have to work harder. We need to be at our best for when we perform before the Pope in the Vatican next March. The visit was supposed to be last March but got cancelled because of Covid. This time we have fingers crossed.
