On Saturday night, I went to a party.
This was celebrating a friend of mines 50th birthday. He is a member of the same dance group as me, so everyone was there. His friends and family were there too. The party was held at a local golf club. There was a buffet with lots of tasty food. We had a disco and a dancefloor. It was rocking all evening to lots of great music. I got back home late, tired with aching feet. I was feeling very happy after a super evening.
One of our Christmas gifts was for growing a plant called Amaryllis. In the box was a bulb, some compost, and a pot. We did not plant it until the first week in January. We were amazed how quickly it has grown as you can see in the photo.
