This has been a very busy week. Sending off Christmas cards and shopping for last minute presents.
Our Baked Bean advent calendar is being sent out on Facebook. Sadly, because of the latest Covid-19 rules, our Christmas meal and disco has been cancelled as a precaution, we are all very disappointed.
During normal times, our whole family has a get together a week before Christmas. There are about 20 of us this year. We plan to be at my brother’s house on Saturday. It is 2 years since we have seen some of our family. We are all keeping fingers crossed that this will go ahead. If it does, we will all take a Covid-19 test before going.
Next week, I will be on leave so this will be my last blog for 2021. I would like to take this opportunity to wish my colleagues and all of you a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2022.
