Champions – a review by Safroz

Champions is an American sports comedy in which a former minor-league basketball coach receives a court order to manage a team of players with intellectual disabilities. Despite his doubts, he soon realizes that together they can go further than they ever imagined.

The film features a number of actors with Down’s syndrome and stars Woody Harrelson.

Was Champions a good film?

Yes, it was nice!

What did you like best about the film?

It had dancing and funny basketball celebrations.

Who was your favourite character in the film and why?

There was a donkey – I love donkeys!
