I have had a fantastic bank holiday weekend. I have a good swim, then when I went back home I watched old films! I watched plenty of 80’s comedy films. I watched plenty of Carry On films! I didn’t do much cooking this weekend. But I did make pan-fried chicken and I ate this with creamy pasta. I like batch cooking so that I don’t have to worry about cooking later in the day. I also tried to make a smoothie, it was lovely in the hot weather!
