I told you last week that this weekend I was going to have a surprise. It has been arranged by my brothers and sisters as a Christmas present. Well what a great gift it turned out to be! I went with them and a few of their friends to a show called the ABBA voyage! It was held in a purpose made venue quite close to the Olympic park. The whole show was spectacular! The lighting and the music and the audience created a wonderful atmosphere.
ABBA were not there in person but the group were presenting as holograms! It was amazing and hard to believe that they were not real! The music was played by a live band and the show covered most of the group hits over the years.
Most of the audience was up singing and dancing. The whole atmosphere was electric! It was an evening I will remember for a long time!
