Our recent Larondina charity dance performance at the village church near Andover was a great success. The audience were marvellous and at the end we received a standing ovation.
Last Monday it was off to Hunstanton for a five-day holiday with my friends and leaders in the Baked Bean Theatre Group. It was in a Leisure Park very close to the beach. The accommodation for our group was in five lodges that were close together and we did most of our own cooking. There was an indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site and there was entertainment every night followed by a disco so we could dance until late.
During the day we had outings, and we visited the Sandringham Estate which was very impressive. Another trip we went to a Sealife Centre and time on the beach enjoying an ice cream. On the last evening we treated ourselves to a fish and chip meal.
Everyone enjoyed the holiday and thought it was one of the best.
