Last Saturday was my birthday!
I invited 10 of my friends over to help me celebrate. we started with lunch which was chicken curry, salad and naan bread followed by fruit flan and cream. later when lunch was finished, we moved the tables and chairs so that the dancing could start. This went on for a couple of hours.
My chocolate birthday cake then came out. Everyone sang happy birthday. pieces of cake were handed out. Then my friends had to leave. They all said they had a great time. they were looking forward to next year.
I had some lovely presents. I had a beautiful crocheted shoulder bag! I had a great birthday. I feel so lucky!
