Today I want to talk about my healthy diet and new food I am trying.

So I cooked courgette and aubergine with cous-cous. I started by frying the courgette and aubergine in a little bit of olive oil before adding chili flakes, salt and pepper with some tomato puree. I boiled the cous-cous with a little coriander and cumin seeds. I then put a little mackerel on the side of the dish. I had the mackerel because fish is a good thing to have and oily fish is a good source vitamins for me.

Last night I had tofu. I had that with a little bit of cheese, mushroom and tinned tomatoes.

To me its really interesting to try different things, it gives you good options to have and helps you to keep your mind busy.

When I am cooking I also listen to music! If you want to find recipes you can watch cooking shows on TV.
