I want to talk about skin care. I have been watching on the news about how people need to keep their hands clean and I have been using hand sanitiser. However this makes your hands dry so I am suggesting that people use hand cream to keep their hands moisturised.
You can use face cream on your hands as well and it makes it very soft. Sometimes when you go to the shops you have to check every shelf because things are running low. You may have to try different shops like the chemist or Boots. Also another tip is putting cucumber on your eyes for some time to help the skin around your eyes.
It is important for people who have Down’s syndrome to have healthy skin.
