This week my sister who is a nurse, came to visit for two days so I loved the story of 5 year old Amelia who posed for photos to celebrate international nurses day.
This photo was entered in the Hold Still competition which was sponsored by the Duchess of Cambridge and the national portrait gallery. This reached the top 100 from 31,000 entries and has since gone viral! To find out more about this wonderful story go to the DSA website!
On Thursday, I had to give a short talk on Zoom about the DSA to Down Syndrome International! I am quite nervous about this, I hope that it will be okay!
