Going to the gym. I go for 30 minutes. I go on the treadmill for 15 minutes. It tells you how many miles you can do. I can burn hundreds of calories. It helps you to do fitness and exercise. It gives you a good benefit. You don’t need to have pressure to go to the gym.

I also eat one banana. I sometimes do 10 minutes on the weights for my arms. Its good for your arm muscle strength. For the last half an hour I do swimming. It helps your whole body keep healthy.

Also, I made a banana chocolate smoothie with a bit of peach in it! It tasted really nice and great to drink in the summer season.
