Last weekend we had a short holiday break.
The hotel we stayed at had several sporting activities available, one of which was shooting on an outside firing range. To my surprise I scored three bullseyes! We had a very enjoyable weekend.
On Friday it will be my brother Richard’s birthday. To celebrate we are going to cook him his favourite meal. I am looking forward to his visit.
Last Wednesday a session I really enjoyed was Zumba on Zoom! It really made me feel so energized as the days are getting colder we have started cooking more soups and casseroles which are really warming and nutritious.
I am pleased to say I will be having my booster vaccinations next week.
