Last Sunday I met up with members of my old swimming team, some of whom I have not seem since lockdown. We met to celebrate and we decided to go to a ten-pin bowling alley. It was very successful and lots of fun! Afterwards as it was a lovely sunny day, we all went to a local park and found a shady spot by a large tree and sat down and had a picnic.
It was great chatting away catching up with everyone’s news. We were sharing the many memories we had as a team. The weather over the last few days has been very hot. I have been very careful to stay in the shade and drink lots of water to stay hydrated. I hope are all doing the same as it is very important for your wellbeing.
