The weather has been fine for the past week. Everything in the garden is springing into life. The tomato plants we grew from seeds and raised on our windowsills are ready to pot on and we will plant them out sometime next month. While I was in the garden, I composed this poem:
What a wonderful day this is
There’s a warm feeling in the breeze
Spring is here at last and there are colours everywhere
The trees in the park and in our garden are in blossom
The flowers smell lovely
We can hear the birds singing and the bees going from flower to flower in search of pollen
